With over a decade of experience producing large-scale public events and brand activations, I bring a unique perspective rooted in blending creativity with strategic execution to deliver impactful, user-centered experiences.
In my previous agency roles I have managed locally, and international experiential programs working one on one directly with clients, managing budgets ranging from $500K–$1million, and overseeing production from inception to wrap. I have led BA teams of 30+ staff per program, negotiated vendor contracts, production timelines, and delivered programs reaching over 50,000 daily consumers while surpassing client KPIs. Acting as the primary client liaison, I ensure creative visions are transformed into seamless live experiences that drive measurable results and reinforce brand objectives.
In addition to my agency work, I operate BBX Productions, my freelance event and production company. Through BBX, I recently partnered with international companies to support various activations. One of my most proud contributions included partnering with NY based agency Recess Studios overseeing on-the-ground execution, managing an athlete meet and greets, and production for the Nike By You store launch at the CF Eaton Centre. This project exemplified my ability to collaborate with international partners while delivering premium brand experiences under tight timelines. My latest freelance opportunities have me leading end-to-end production of a large-scale live conference and broadcast, combining an in-person audience with a livestream potentially reaching over 500,000+ people for Wealthsimple.
Previously, at the Downtown Yonge BIA, I produced and managed high-profile events including the award-winning College Park: After Hours and Play the Parks concert series, which attracted over 1 million attendees. These initiatives required navigating complex stakeholder relationships, securing over $1 million in sponsorships annually, and collaborating with brands such as TD, PrideTO, and Prime Video.
I’m at a turning point in my career where I want to intentionally evolve from just executing creative work to leading the creative vision behind it. My background is in experiential marketing, large-scale public events, and brand activations. I’ve spent years producing festivals, live experiences, and cultural programs, turning ideas into real, physical moments people can step into. I’ve learned how to manage complexity, build teams, and deliver experiences that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
What I’m ready for now is the next layer: strengthening my voice as a creative director and deepening my ability to lead culture-driven storytelling across art, music, fashion, and live experiences.
